Led a cost program that started in engineering and ended in finance: consolidated three Postgres clusters, re-architected two Kubernetes services to match real traffic, and partnered with the VP of Finance on a reserved-capacity deal whose terms reflected how the company actually used cloud

Designed ML-based matching algorithm reconciling patient records across siloed insurance databases despite spelling and identifier inconsistencies, with exception flagging and human-in-the-loop correction, resulting in U.S. Patent 12,204,567 and adoption as foundational model across all enterprise clients
Built the distributed forecasting pipeline on Ray + Apache Arrow that scaled enterprise workloads from 10GB to 1TB+ while keeping the existing Pandas-shaped ML interface intact; co-presented the architecture at Ray Summit 2021 to an audience of more than a thousand engineers
